Alternative Route:There's a taxi line that runs between Ksar es-Seghir and Fnideq, which can drop you at the entrance to Oued el Marsa. From there, you'll need to walk approximately 5 kilometers to reach the beach itself. However, you might find locals willing to give you a ride directly to the beach area.
Parking:Once you arrive, there's convenient parking available right near the beach for just 5 dirhams—incredibly affordable and very close to the shore.

The sea depth reaches only about 4 meters at its deepest point, making it relatively safe for families with children. The water clarity varies depending on conditions—sometimes it can appear slightly murky, but near the rocky areas, you'll find beautifully clear water that sparkles like gold in the sunlight.

The beach is also home to traditional fishing boats, and you'll often see local fishermen heading out to sea or returning with fresh catches. When the fishing boats come back, they sometimes sell their fresh fish right there on the beach—a wonderful opportunity to experience local maritime culture firsthand.

The beach area features several dining establishments offering everything from fast food to traditional Moroccan dishes like tagine and grilled seafood. You'll find restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it easy to spend an entire day at the beach without worrying about meals.

Right next to the beach, small kiosks offer grilled foods and tagines. During my visit, I tried their grilled sardines—seven pieces served with a fresh onion and tomato salad plus bread for 35 dirhams. The quality was excellent, and the portion was generous.
I also sampled their fresh strawberry juice for 25 dirhams, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly refreshing after a day in the sun.

While accommodation options are limited around Plage Oued el Marsa, there are some rental houses available. The area has both traditional houses and some douars (traditional Moroccan villages), though they're quite spread out.
